I have been trying to place an order multiple times but the website kept on auto-cancelling my order saying that they could not verify my payment even if I have already verified it. I tried contacting the support email but I am not getting any replies. Don't you want to have sales?

Everything arrived in a timely manner, undamaged and working fine, without any problems. I also got what I wanted at the lowest prices I've seen anywhere.

Item was received and it was extremely beautiful.

What a great watch, the weight of it helps keep me balanced and looks sharp at the same time.

I had to chase my package at the post office because they changed carriers and went to UPS Smart Post. They didn’t have my Box number on the package just my street address and the post office was sending it back. Luckily I got to it before it was sent back. FedEx was the best carrier. Don’t know why they changed.
Update: ordered another watch and specifically emailed the store to update my address. I was sent a reply stating they did. Yet I had to chase my watch again because they DID NOT update my address like they told me. Lost this customer!

I received a notice that I needed to confirm my address with the shipper, but I wasn't able to do so and the watch came anyway. I was able to track it, though, and learned that it was en route, so it's all good.

I have placed a few different orders this year. The order 1006946801 2 of the watches were said to be delivered to 453 32 rd my address is close to that 435 32 rd I did get 1 package 1 watch but the other two went to the 453 address. I have not gone to that address as of yet. I find it a problem that they kept the package because it has my name on it.normally you call you guys and say this is not our package.so if they did not call or return I have a big problem with that take a look at it see what you can do to get my watches. purchased watch from invicta told my order would arrive on Monday 25th July!!!Still not received my order ???if the order is running late fair enough but contact me and let me know!! this is poor customer service.i have several watches in my wish list but if this is the way U treat your customers I won't be purchasing anymore!!!

Ordered a watch from them and got an order confirmation. When I went on to their web site to chase the order it couldn't find any details. Tried the chat facility on the website, but that just asks you to leave your email address and they'll get back to you.
Used the contact page on the web site to query my order, got no response. Call them, but phone constantly engaged.
2 Days later I emailed them and got a response the next day saying the watch was out of stock and the order had been cancelled.
Still chasing them up to see when I will get a refund.

Overall a very poor experience, and judging by the reviews on here, I'm not the only one.

If this is what it's like trying to buy a watch, I'd hate the think about having to get one fixed under warranty, so I won't be buying another Invicta watch.

I have ordered many watches and they are less than helpful when inquiring about shipping delays. Love the watches but if you need it fast and pay for expedited shipping its pointless. The company hides behind their 3-5 day processing and doesn't care if you pay for fast shipping. Their stance is they still have 3-5 business days to process the order before your shipping time comes into play. Very disappointed and annoyed as my watches will not be here in time for Fathers day. There is no point in paying for expedited shipping of any kind with this company
